I already knew it was going to be in flames.
I bet it won’t last one season.
So they did go for the female version of John Watson….. It’s cool to be honest, but I just feel like it doesn’t hold up nicely to the Holmes and Watson dynamic anymore. I just don’t get that Sherlock Holmes feel to this anymore. And Lucy Liu? I do like her as an actress, but I feel like there could have been a better actress to put as Joan Watson…. meeh…
It feels like they’re just throwing whatever they can put in there so they’ll think it’s more original and not be compared to the BBC one. I really don’t want to judge this now just yet (And it’s really very hard) when it’s still in the beginning process. I’m still going to try to watch and see how this goes, but I’m less incline to do so now…
